This page enumerates the cookies and browser-storage items set by myroyalconcierge.vip. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this site.

1. What we mean by “cookies”
Throughout this page “cookies” is used as a shorthand for any small item stored in your browser by this site — including traditional HTTP cookies, values in localStorage, and values in sessionStorage.
2. Strictly necessary items
These items are required for the site to function and are set only when the relevant feature is used. They are not used for tracking or advertising.

3. Third-party embeds
The contact page includes an OpenStreetMap embed showing our registered office. OpenStreetMap may set its own cookies inside the embed; we do not receive that data. If you prefer to avoid the embed, simply do not scroll to it — the map only loads when brought into view.
Google Fonts are loaded from Google’s CDN. Google reports that it does not set cookies when serving font files.
4. What we do not use
- No advertising or marketing cookies.
- No tracking pixels.
- No Google Analytics or similar third-party analytics.
- No social-media re-targeting.
5. Managing cookies
You can clear the items listed above at any time from your browser’s privacy settings. Clearing them will end your current Victoria conversation and reset the AI acknowledgment prompt.
