Terms of Engagement
These terms govern your use of this website and the making of enquiries to My Royal Concierge Minesis. They do not by themselves constitute a service agreement — that is separately signed with each client once the scope of a mandate is agreed.

1. Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to any visitor of myroyalconcierge.vip and to anyone submitting an enquiry to us, whether through the contact form, our AI assistant Victoria, email, phone or messaging apps.
2. Nature of our service
My Royal Concierge Minesis arranges bespoke lifestyle, travel and protection services on behalf of clients. We do not ourselves operate hotels, aircraft, vessels or security teams; we curate and coordinate third-party suppliers on your instructions. Any contract for the underlying service (accommodation, aviation, protection, etc.) is between you and the relevant supplier unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting an enquiry — including a full conversation with Victoria — does not constitute a binding request or booking. A booking is only confirmed once we have (a) received your written instruction, (b) confirmed availability with the supplier(s), and (c) issued a written confirmation of the service and, where applicable, of the deposit or advance payment required.
4. Pricing
Any indicative pricing shared during an enquiry (including by Victoria) is illustrative only and does not constitute an offer. Final pricing is confirmed in writing by a human concierge before any commitment is made.
5. Client obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and lawful information.
- Not use the service for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent or contrary to public policy.
- Comply with the terms of any supplier ultimately delivering the service (airlines, hotels, protection providers, etc.).
- Notify us promptly of any change in circumstances that materially affects a mandate.
6. Confidentiality
Our business is built on discretion. Information you share with us during an enquiry or a mandate is treated as confidential and disclosed only to the members of our team and the suppliers strictly necessary to arrange your request, or where disclosure is required by law.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, photography, itineraries and design — belongs to My Royal Concierge Minesis or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, our liability in respect of the free enquiry service made available on this site is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability under an executed mandate is separately set out in the mandate itself.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The ordinary courts of the Canton of Zürich shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions in your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to a given enquiry is the one published at the moment the enquiry is made.
